Strawberry Buttermilk Popsicles

  1. 1pound strawberries, hulled
  2. cup buttermilk
  3. cup plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1/2 cup honey
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. pinch salt
  7. Melted Chocolate (Optional)
  1. Puree the strawberries, buttermilk, yogurt, honey, sugar, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into 10 3-ounce or 8 4-ounce ice-pop molds, dividing evenly. 
  3. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours and up to 4 days.
  4. Dip on Chocolate, if preferred.

Strawberry Milkshake

• 2 Cups of sliced Strawberrys
• 1 1/2 Cups of milk
• 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
• One scoop of vanilla ice cream
• Blender


1. Put the STRAWBERRYS, the VANILLA and the ICE CREAM in a BLENDER.

2. Pour the MILK in the BLENDER.

3. Blend it up, and enjoy!


Cheese Wrap

• Tortilla
• one leaf of lettuce
• one slice of cheese
• two slices of Lyoner (or turkey)
• honey mustard


1. Lay the tortilla out flat.
2. Wash and dry the leaf of lettuce and        place in the middle of the laid out tortilla.
3. Lay the cheese on top of the lettuce.
4. Roll up two slices of Lyoner (or turkey) and place on top of cheese.
5. Dab a bit of honey mustard in the middle of your tortilla.
6. Roll up and enjoy!



Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Just in time for Christmas!




1 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 crushed candy cane
+ whipped cream and crushed candy canes on top

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring  milk and heavy cream to a boil.
 Remove from heat immediately and stir in chocolate and crushed candy canes until silky smooth. 
If necessary, place hot chocolate back on low heat and stir until chocolate is completely melted and candy canes are dissolved.
Pour into a mug, top with whipped cream, and crushed candy canes.
